Take some time to offer simple yet fun prizes to those who have been very loyal to you, who bought from you during a certain time period, and the like.
- Don’t use mass follower software because not only do they NOT work in building your Twitter network and generate web traffic but they are also risky and can bring in all kinds of spyware and malware into your computer. Since most of the mass follower software being developed and released to the public are normally made downloadable for a certain price, there is a possibility that a virus could be present once downloaded from the internet.
- Do maintain trust, friendship, and of course communication with your followers even outside of Twitter. You can do this by giving them additional contact information such as an e-mail or your username in your chosen instant messenger.
